If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 14 days (two weeks) of receiving for an exchange or a return. If returning, item(s) must be in original condition (unused in any way) and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. We will reply your mail within 48 hours normally, sometimes have a little delay due to the weekend or holiday. You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, minus the cost of shipping to your credit card, paypal account (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. By paypal or any online payment accounts, within 30 calendar days from the date your return was approved. We deduct 5% from the total price of the retuned products and items for return handling and administration.
