Anxiety:

• Feeling of nervousness, fear or apprehension is normal before any examination, test or for a loved one • Anxiety is a condition in which these feelings become excessive and start interfering with one's health and lifestyle

Natural home remedy using almonds, milk, saffron and honey:

1. Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them in the morning 3. Add 1 tsp of crushed almonds to 1 cup warm milk 4. Add a pinch of soaked saffron 5. Add 1 tbsp of honey 6. Mix well 7. Drink once every day


Natural home remedy using orange juice, honey and nutmeg powder:

1. Take a glass of orange juice 2. Add 1 tbsp of honey 3. Add 1 tbsp nutmeg powder 4. Drink this juice daily.


Tips:
